I'm going to online to try out the recovery options but it won't let me open that section. Almost all online options don't work and i cannot select it. Please someone help or tell me why. Is it because its updating or is it just me?

Is it because its updating or is it just me? This version is only a preview and not all features are available. Other features will be rolled out in the future Chinese✔️English✔️
