Arcade bugged

Hello actually I was using project swaad to instantly skip casino preps and after that my arcade is glitched I can't use the garage or purchase another arcade and there's one more problem when I play heist with friend he keeps leaving the heist there is also a bug while entering the elevator which causes both of us to restart the game.

Tried resetting the arcade but it doesn't work also
