The menu gets injected but after a few minutes game detects I have no battle eye

Menu isnt initialized peppery. Most likely because of your provider. Use VPN.

If I use a vpn to initialized properly can I turn it off after menu successfully injects?

No, the connection to the server has to remain active at all times. The menu uses a so-called heartbeat mechanism, and on top of that, a lot of important data required for the menu to work is stored on the server.

Contact your ISP and ask them why you’re unable to connect to German hosting providers, especially considering these aren’t some third-rate hosts.

As another option, you could try a VPN that supports split tunneling, so it only affects the game and doesn’t route the rest of your PC traffic through the VPN. Since the menu is injected into the game process, you should only need to route the game itself through it. Proton VPN, for example, can do this, iirc.
