Use nightclub add money, don't use anything chips. and keep money adding and spending under 10 Mil a day. 
Enhanced menu,   shift + enter allows entering a value.

Just to confirm: in the past, when I asked about safe ways to add money, I was told that using chips under $10 million per day was fine. Does this mean that using chips is now considered riskier, and that the nightclub method is the recommended option instead?

I have been saying for over a year now not to use chips. idk if there is a limit that R* is watching or what but it seems anytime someone uses chips in a large amount they catch a ban.
