So, I’m seeing a bounty on the network here — and also an anonymous bounty. How traceable would all of that be if, say, I wanted to give a mate 10k on E&E as well, by the way?

I was trying really hard to understand the point of the question, but I couldn't quite grasp it. You're talking about an anonymous bounty, so please explain in detail what exactly you mean by "How traceable would all of that be"?

I was wondering if forcing an anonymous bounty is safe to do if a friend wants 10k or 9k, or would Rockstar pick up on it quickly since it’s money?

I doubt R* give a damn about bounty. It's 10k ))
