No, Driver Support is available only with Unlimited subscription

Yeah, you need an active subscription to use the driver. We talked about this back when we first started working on the driver, and then many more times after that.

And again, it's a logical step, and pretty reasonably priced compared to other products on the market. With Driver Support, you'll basically get the regular gameplay experience "like in good old days". Unfortunately, without the driver, it's solo sessions only, or friends invite sessions in the EE (but pretty unstable sometimes).
