Returning player - Questions about private sessions, RP, vehicle spawning and unlocks

Hey everyone, I just started playing again after many years and I have a few questions.

1. Is it safe to play in private online sessions while using things like god mode, heal options, infinite ammo, and teleporting during missions? Sometimes missions have a timer (like 10 minutes) and I was wondering if the game detects something suspicious when you reach places in 2 seconds.
2. I tried to level up my character but I don’t understand how the RP multiplier works. I set it to x5 and even x20, completed missions, and literally nothing changed. Am I doing something wrong?
3. Is spawning vehicles safe in online mode? I don’t want to sell them, only use them or maybe save them in my garage. There are two options: spawn normal vehicle or fully upgraded vehicle. Are both safe to spawn and keep?And what about special vehicles like the Terrorbyte or similar ones, is it also safe to spawn them and store them in my garage from the mod menu?
4. About unlocks: can I unlock everything safely? If yes, should I use “live session” or another option? Also, is it risky to unlock everything while only being level 20?
5. Can this mod menu only be used in private sessions, or can it also be used in normal online sessions with other players?  
6. How safe is the option to change gender or character appearance from the mod menu? Is that usually considered safe or risky?
7. In the “Recovery” section, what exactly does “Daily Activities” do? Is it safe to use it?
8. Also, in general, are most menu options considered low risk nowadays? Obviously I’m not talking about the recovery section, since I understand that’s usually the highest risk part.

1. Safe 2. I don't know about what menu exactly you're talking about, skipping question.
3. Safe until you're messing with unreleased vehicles.
4. 99% safe
5. No, you can play NoBE version or with Driver Support (BattlEye bypass), but it is available for Unlimited license subscribers 6. Safe
7. These options do exactly what their names imply. Yes, they are safe.

For question 2, what I meant is that I’m trying to level up my character from level 20 to a higher level 120. I tried doing this with the RP multiplier, but when I activate it and complete missions, nothing seems to happen and I don’t notice any difference in the RP I receive. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

Also, I tried changing my appearance and gender, and after finishing it automatically sent me into a public session with other players. I just wanted to confirm if that’s normal/safe, because I thought the mod menu wasn’t supposed to be used in public sessions.

So With the basic license, if I disable BattlEye from Rockstar Launcher, can I join normal public GTA Online sessions with random players, or only NoBE sessions with other NoBE players?

I'm asking because a few times after finishing a mission in a private NoBE-only session, the game automatically placed me into a public session with random players. In those situations, is it safe to stay in that public session, or does that increase the risk of a ban?

NoBE only. With EE you can play with friends, we have an instructions here on the forum.

Yes, it is safe, but you'll be kicked in few mins.
