Aircraft with VTOL capability won't change

I own a Hydra and a Raiju which are both VTOL aircraft.  With Dis2urbed activated, it won't let me change from hover to vertical flight.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Didn't work, still stuck in Vertical take off.

The only MODS I had on in Vehicle mods section were GOD mode, Auto Repair and Auto Clean.  I turned them off and on; Auto Repair was the one that was preventing it from going from Vertical take off to Horizontal thrust.  Thanks.
