Not getting password reset email

Hellou, so iam not getting a password reset email, i know my login info but the old ones with username instead of email and now it doesnt accept that and i have to reset but i cant wihtout the mail 😄 could someone help me out ? thank you

But when i tried to do my new account and i put my old email connected to that account it send me an email, i can send some proof of purchases or something, thank you

im having the same exact problem. im not getting sent any reset pw emails and i cant even make a new account cuz im not getting the verify email either loool  help? i know my old username and pw but thats about it.
