You shouldn't put the Launcher folder there. For example, you can create a folder C:\ and put the launcher files there.

Make sure the game is closed.

- Open the W1TCH Launcher

- Go to the Addons tab and select one of the translations then click on Download Locale


- Still in the Addons tab select one of the fonts compatible with Chinese characters (they're marked with [CN] ) then click on Download Font 

- Open the game and wait to load in story mode, then Inject

- Navigate to Interface -> Menu Locales and choose the translation, then press Enter to apply
