Cannot reset my password

Hi there, 

I tried to reset my password, but I am not getting the password reset email, I purchased my mod menu about 2 years ago. Can you assist please

If you are using Gmail, it's possible that the email will be stored in the Promotions tab

I already checked, nothing there.

It's very strange, before the website migration I reset my HWD as I upgraded my PC and now I cannot seem to recover my mod menu account

If you have proof of purchase or other proof that the account is yours you can contact the administrator to retrieve your account
