2.3.0.2175, EGS GTAO Legacy launching from RGL client
No additional actions or something unusual, just starting the launcher as administrator injecting on the game's landing page and this happens, but menu works fine at least nightclub and heists options

This appeared after last update, didnt see something like that before

Tried to delete ProgramData files but it didnt help. Verifying game files, installing latest VCredist and graphics driver didnt help as well
I recently formatted my laptop so there is no ram boosters or other conflicting software, microsoft defender hyper-v and core isolation are also turned off
