Can I use the Enhanced Injection menu without FSL enabled by Invite-Only Sessions?

I've seen the guide updated for a bit of a long time, so I'm a little worried that GTA Enhanced won't be able to join the Invite-Only Sessions with the injected menu

Why did you think that? What made you come to that conclusion? Especially since everywhere, even in the guide, it clearly says that invite and solo sessions do work. And the EE menu will even let you into a public session without FSL - though not for long. But you can play in cheater-pool sessions just fine, for example with a friend who also has the menu.
