GTA V Lower K/D Ratio

Call me ignorant, but, please tell me exactly how do I lower my K/D ratio on GTA V using the Requiem Engine.  I have tried several examples shown in the forums, but none have worked.  I just want to lower my K/D to a reasonable level.  Thank you for your assistance.

Use Stats Editor section:

MPPLY_DEATHS_PLAYER
MPPLY_KILLS_PLAYERS
MPX_KILLS_PLAYERS

I want to set my KD to, let's say, 14 — what exactly should I enter? I haven’t tried yet, but none of the methods I’ve seen seem to work, and the KD doesn’t change

MPPLY_KILLS_PLAYERS is the number of kills
MPPLY_DEATHS_PLAYER is the number of deaths

manually set values to end up with the K/D you want, for example MPPLY_KILLS_PLAYERS with value of 100 and MPPLY_DEATHS_PLAYER with value of 50 will result in your K/D being 2

Also pay attention to the stat type. IIRC - all of them, except ratio, are int
