GTA V Lower K/D Ratio

Call me ignorant, but, please tell me exactly how do I lower my K/D ratio on GTA V using the Requiem Engine.  I have tried several examples shown in the forums, but none have worked.  I just want to lower my K/D to a reasonable level.  Thank you for your assistance.

Use Stats Editor section:

MPPLY_DEATHS_PLAYER
MPPLY_KILLS_PLAYERS
MPX_KILLS_PLAYERS
