greafer66 Posted Sunday at 11:36 PM Posted Sunday at 11:36 PM Basically what the title says. I followed all the steps in the documentation. Load game>inject on main menu>open menu>online>session switcher>solo session. I've tried this for both solo session and invite only session each getting the same error. Black screen with this message "Your save data could not be loaded from Rockstar Cloud Saves" then get put back into story mode. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

It was working prior to trying to launch the menu for the first time. After I got this error I tried to load GTA without the menu and the error persisted. I ended up finding a recent reddit post that had the answer for a fix. On PC this issue can be solved (unless the servers are actually down) by deleting the file pc_settings.bin in the profile directory located in Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V/Profiles/ The issue with this of course is that you have to reconfigure all your settings again.

It's most likely a coincidence since the menu doesn't interact with the game's configuration files in any way.
