i bought this last year and now it says I dont have any plans

i bought basic and vip last year and I come to login and nothing is there

When I login i can do things like inject or updating it and it works but it kicks me out after like a second. I tried this on a different account that i knew i didnt have it on and it none of the buttons would even popup for a split second.
