Is it safe to use after the Battle Eye update？

I recently got back to game and people always talk about battle eye ban,so i wonder is it safe to use disturb menu now and is it necessary to show down the be process?Thanks!

There's always a risk with cheating. If you don't want to get banned, simply don't cheat.
