Can't download new patch to use software

Below is the following commands that I am getting when I download the new update:

[02:13:56] System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Steve\Downloads\WLauncher\dll\req.dll' is denied.

Is there anything i'm doing wrong? I have deleted everything and downloaded everything again to start from fresh. I have added exemptions to anti-virus. I never had issues before until now. Any ideas?

Yes, you're doing all wrong ))
1. Do not unpack WLauncher on desktop
2. Add WLauncher folder to the antivirus exclusions list

Ok I’m sure it’s unpacking to the folder but I’ll verify if it is or not. I have already added the folder to anti virus exemption list. I’ll keep messing with it.

Ok, I didn't do anything different when I tried it again. I downloaded launcher again and replaced the files. I downloaded update and now it working fine. I mustve had a bug in my launcher or something in that previous version Idk. werid.
