Hello, I have this account for 1 year, But now I see the message with "You do not need to purchase licenses again." 

I just purchase again from v0id.pw the VIP license.  Can I have the refund? Or I donate the license to someone? Xd

Hello, as long as the license is not activated you can feel free to donate it to someone or, if you're in our discord server, make a public giveaway for it, contact me if you wish to do so.

For any different concern related to your purchase you should contact the owner of v0id.pw (voidshaman on discord)

Correct, your current licenses will be working on Requiem Engine once it releases.
