I want to fix the kill to death ratio.

I checked my players and their kill to death ratio appears to be 1000. Is there a way to change that?

That happens when performing the "Unlock All Tattoos", as of now there's no option to edit the K/D so if you really wanna lower it, the easiest and fastest way is to purposely die (in the game) a bunch of times.

Or just wait for Requiem release, there will be a stats editor with basic stats.

Open the stat editor. On the left side there are 2 boxes where you can write something into it. In the first one you write the stat you want to change (the kd ratio is the first one you can see in the examples) the value you want to change is a float so you change it to float and set it to 2.000000 for example
