Havent used in ages what happened to my key?

I havent played for a long time since i got banned using the disturbed menu but decided to get another copy and use disturbed again but my key is gone I looked at the other forums but I dont know how to find my old key the only thing I have is an old build of disturbed 1.4.9.14b so idk what to do

just seen I have a key under purchase information for disturbed but its mostly just a bunch of x's so yeah
