If you're having trouble with installation, try downloading the auto-installer. This script will automatically download and configure the settings.

I fixed it by installing the specific net core that it wants in the net core download thread.

At the moment it's useless since the menu is updating so you wouldn't be able to use it, a brand new version is going to be released in a few days if everything goes well.
