Today I’ll try to keep it short — as short as Rockstar kept the Outlaw Passes for Red Dead Online I know a lot of you are eagerly waiting for the menu with E&E support, and right now I’ve shifted all my focus toward making that happen — even if it means putting aside some features that aren’t as critical at the moment. My health situation, to put it mildly, isn’t exactly stable. Let's just say my body has been running a more than 15-year-long assassination campaign against me — and it's still at it. I’m now prepping for my fourth surgery, due to another recurrence of cholesteatoma. MRIs, appointments, pre-op rituals — you know the drill. The team will share a bit more on that soon. But the key message I wanted to put out there is this: E&E is now top priority, and I’m pouring all my god damn energy into it — whatever time I have outside of medical stuff is going straight into development. I’ll do everything I can to release it — in whatever (reasonable) state it’s in before I go under the knife. Love you all, big hugs, and for the love of code - take care, and please... stay healthier than your humble servant here ❤️10 points

✅ So, I warned you yesterday in our Telegram channel, that the announcement would be huge in every sense. No bad news, quite the opposite. And yeah, don’t worry, TL;DR is below. Now, let’s get to it. ● First and foremost, I owe you all an apology for my absence — I pretty much vanished from the public side of things. I’ll be as honest as possible: I’ve had a few IRL issues that needed my full attention (and some of them are still ongoing). The most painful for me, my family, and everyone around us — is the TRC (Territorial Center of Recruitment) and the mobilization, which, as you can guess, is tied to the country I’m living in. Due to my ear condition (which most of our community already knows about), I am, by every legal and medical standard, unfit for mobilization. For over a year, I've been fighting with the decision of the military medical commission, having to collect literal kilos of documents and pass medical tests over and over. The peak of this nerve-wracking bullshit (Nerves? Oh, you mean that thing I used to have before this bureaucratic nightmare?) happened over the last two months. Let me tell you, bureaucracy in a country run by completely corrupt power is downright horrifying. Now I’m left "fighting" the ear condition itself for the rest of my life, and there’s not much I can do about that. But hey, at least we got this part wrapped up (sort of). I hope you can understand. ● Second — “Shithanced Edition” came out, or whatever the fck CockStars decided to call another copy of their cash cow, tossed like a bone to PC players for the sake of ray tracing and GTA+ subscription. Naturally, a shit-ton of stuff broke, and there’s still a lot of work ahead, but... there’s already a relatively functional build — and even more... 😎 The upgrade from Legacy to E&E will be 100% free for all existing users. Also, as I mentioned earlier, the Requiem Engine for E&E is already running on REui 2.0 (like RDO). Anyway, while fixing this mess, I’m also thinking about bringing on a "co-dev" because handling two games (I'm not taking into account RDO and EFT) that look similar but are actually very different is a hell of a load for one person. ● Third — updates for RDO and GTA5 Legacy. Because of what I just mentioned, everything slowed down a bit, but overall, it’s nothing critical. Updates are definitely coming, especially since the latest GTA5 Legacy patch didn’t break anything (god damn thanks for small miracles). That means I don’t have to spend a couple of weeks redoing the entire recovery section. In the meantime, I added a bunch of new features to RDO during testing and made a slew of changes based on your feedback. Next up is the hot topic of the BE bypass. Currently, we’ve got two kernel-mode drivers: one for mapping a DLL directly into the game process and another for RPM/WPM from user-mode (both of which I successfully tested on Escape From Tarkov, btw). I was ready to release them for trial when a few colleague-friends from other projects told me about mass BattlEye ban waves. I think a lot of people have already heard about it, and the details aren’t appropriate here. Losing an account because you got greedy for in-game currency is one thing, but catching a hardware ban is a whole different affair. I could’ve gone for a quick cash grab: throw out a BE update, rake in the money, and then exit-scam at the peak of the shitshow when heads start rolling — like certain others (not naming names). But I don’t want our project remembered that way. Sure, our glory days might be behind us, but we sure as hell aren’t going out like THAT. We’ve decided to hold off on finalizing the build until we hear back from the colleagues who got hammered by this ban wave, so we know what triggered it and can (if necessary) deal with it preemptively. ✅ TL;DR (Full post is still recommended for reading) • IRL Status Year-long fight with the military medical commission over an ear condition that legally exempts me from mobilization. Mentally draining and bureaucratically absurd, but mostly resolved now. • GTAO "Shithanced Edition" Rockstar released another lazy clone of their cash cow with minimal changes, ray tracing and GTA+ sales bait. Tons of stuff broke, but there's already a solid working build — and more to come. Upgrade from Legacy to E&E will be 100% free for all existing users. The work has been in full swing since the day this abomination dropped in RGL. • Project Load & Co-Dev Plans Maintaining both Legacy and Shithanced branches is a serious load for one person. A co-dev may be joining soon to help with day-to-day updates and stability. • RDO & GTA5 Legacy Progress slowed slightly, but nothing serious. The latest Legacy patch didn’t break anything, and RDO has already received new features and tweaks based on your feedback — both menus are getting updates asap. • BE Bypass (EFT & more) Two custom kernel-mode drivers are ready: one for DLL injection, one for RPM/WPM from user-mode. Successfully tested on EFT. • Due to last mass BattlEye ban wave, public release is on hold to avoid account/hardware bans. No quick cash grabs — we’re doing it right or not at all. ✅ Shithanced Edition & Licensing Changes And of course, a little preview of the RE version for Shithanced Edition, along with the best part saved for last... aaaaaand yep, yep, yep – our 1B method, which some of you may remember from previous announcements, is still very much alive and kicking (as are many others — only a few “variables” have changed here and there). Right now, as you may have noticed on the screenshot below, it’s in a... uhh... slightly disassembled state, lol, but nothing critical. Think of it as a test bench version. In the release build, it’ll be polished down to a one-button solution. This method will never end up in the hands of account boosters, so I kindly ask all the easy-money lovers to wipe that grin off their faces and stop rubbing their greedy little hands together. It will be strictly limited to regular (non-booster) users and will be tied to the game account. However, the reset process will follow the same HWID reset logic — free once a week, unlimited resets available for a "fee". ✅ There have also been many questions directed at both me and the entire team regarding license changes. Here’s what we’ve settled on for now: Basic will remain unchanged for Legacy and Shithanced Edition, offering fairly limited functionality, but some money-making methods will still be available. VIP will see a significant price increase, but it will provide lifetime access to all current and future projects (including EFT, FiveM, and others). Unlimited will become a subscription-based VIP version. This means the Unlimited subscription will not only remove all current limits (as it does now) but also include all VIP benefits. This is for those who don’t want to buy VIP at the new price right away, prefer to "give it a try" first, or simply prefer a subscription-based payment model for this kind of software.7 points

So, the first batch of users who applied for the CBT has been added to the list on the server, and some of you may now see the coveted notification in Witch Launcher (don’t forget to download the latest version - 0.64 at the time of writing this post). While only part of the features are currently available, most of which we’ve already tested, don’t worry – there are some juicy ones included, even those that everyone keeps asking about. Just as I promised. Unfortunately, my condition has taken a slight downturn, likely due to the overall state of my health and constant stress, so I’ll be spending the next few days in bed. Which is why I kindly ask you – please don’t spam my DMs on Discord, the website, Telegram, or anywhere else. If you need assistance, reach out to our irreplaceable Acid_Burn9, Crohnus and Void. They’ll help you with anything related to Requiem Engine GTAO E&E or the CBT in general. That said, in a few days I’ll add another batch of users who applied for CBT to the list. As for launching RE E&E – it works just like Legacy: inject strictly on the landing page (main menu), then proceed to Story Mode, and only after that switch to Online. Controls (to avoid unnecessary questions): – F4 – open the menu – Arrow Keys / Enter / Backspace – navigate the menu, change option values, activate options – Ctrl+F – search the menu – Shift+Enter – input value manually – F12 – assign a hotkey to an option – Shift+F12 – remove a hotkey from an option Quick Binds: – Num/ – No Clip – Num* – Free Cam – Num- – Clear Wanted Level – F5 – Teleport To Waypoint5 points

Over the next few days (final testing is already underway), invites for the closed beta test of Requiem Engine RDO will start rolling out and will continue for the following 2–3 weeks. After that, assuming there are no major issues that need fixing or polishing, the full release will follow. Beta test invites and the release version will be available exclusively to VIP users or Basic users with an Unlimited subscription. Invites will primarily be based on user activity, with overall activity being analyzed, not just participation on Discord. So, for those eager to dive straight into recovery — sorry, not happening (for now). However, their help will also be needed later. Make sure you’ve selected the @RDO Beta role in the "🥐|roles-for-channels" section on Discord. Users who don’t provide feedback at least once every 2–3 days will be removed from the beta without the possibility of being reinvited. Plan ahead — don’t waste your time or ours. Those who want to see the menu in their language will be able to start working on translations right away. You’ll have access to all project strings, including even console logs (as of version 2.3.0, the console output in Requiem Engine has been revamped to be more informative and minimalist, ditching all the unnecessary graphical fluff). Yes, console logs will also support translations. REui (aka Legacy UI) supports menu option search (both within sections and globally) across all language packs, by hash, option name, or even its description (any of these search criteria can be disabled at your discretion, including turning off the search function entirely). Building on the above, there are no locked or encrypted files — translations, settings, and everything else are fully open. Speaking of transparency, these changes will also be applied to Requiem Engine GTAO starting from version 2.3.0, including all the updates mentioned above. And now for a small spoiler — the next project will be for Escape From Tarkov, along with a few other shooter-oriented online games. At this stage, we’re in the "negotiation" phase with new team members who will be handling those projects, while I’ll personally be taking care of the EFT project in my spare time from GTAO. Stay tuned! On behalf of the entire team, I’d like to wish you all a happy holiday season — relax, celebrate, and have fun! Meanwhile, I’m heading back to work on RE RDO, and I can’t wait to share the results with you all ASAP! 🥳5 points

Requiem Engine RDO v2.4.1.57 Part 1 - Full settings saving (including options) in clean and readable tree-structured JSON format (manually via Settings section for now — auto-save coming in next interim build) - Added Name/RID/IP spoofer options (IP input format supports pretty much anything remotely readable — from 127.0.0.1 to wild stuff like "127 asd 0 ___-- 0 alks+++ 1", as long as it has four digit blocks that look like an IP, within the range of 0-255 for each block) - Added support for text input options (Shift+Enter) - Added character control block during certain events when the menu is open (like typing text) - Added Remove All Spawned Chests option alongside Spawn Gold Chest - Added a proper object spawn handler — now keeps object pool under control and removes oldest ones if too many are spawned (e.g., gold chests etc.) - Added World > Spawner section with Peds and Vehicles spawning (lists are still raw, but searchable via Ctrl+F — full categorization coming soon) - Added Animations section — includes Animations, Emotes, and Scenarios. All lists are already categorized and designed with future support for applying it on spawned peds in mind (read notes below) - Improved internal logic for some features — especially Disable Restricted Areas, teleport options, etc. - Protection improvements (we're going to work on this very thoroughly later) - Optimized several protection hooks - Fixed reaction to certain REflex module events - Fixed an annoying "Out of Range" bug some users experienced in list-type options - Fixed small bug in object spawning logic - Fixed a couple of incorrect globals - Dozens of minor bugfixes and "behind-the-scenes" improvements This update is Part 1 (out of 2) of the planned 2.4.1 release. It doesn’t yet include everything I had mapped out — Lua support (docs and script for API generation are cooking), players database, a near-complete scene/presets editor (think light version of Crafting Workshop), UI upgrades like player status color tags etc. I kindly ask for your understanding - I’m currently soloing 4 (!!!) major projects. It’s a crazy workload right now, and as much as I’d love to keep delivering tasty stuff non-stop, the REcovery update for GTAO Legacy and the new menu for the Shithanced Edition have already devoured a massive chunk of my time and energy. And honestly, I have no idea what I’d do without Crohnus, who’s been providing absolutely insane and devilishly brilliant support with testing all this madness. Next in the pipeline is the promised REcovery update for GTAO Legacy, followed by the menu for E&E (aka Shithanced). After that — Requiem Engine RDO gets Part 2 and the full and official release build status. Thanks for sticking with us through this chaos ❤️4 points

Dear community, I want to apologize for the delay. It has been a terrible week in every possible way – the situation here has gotten much worse 😒 That said, the release build that is available for Basic users has already been uploaded to the server. As a small bonus and a bit of moral compensation for the missed deadline, we have temporarily disabled (on the server side) the restriction on the exclusive VIP features in the menu. For the time being, the full functionality will be available to regular Basic licenses, and in combination with an Unlimited license it will be available entirely. Let me remind you that the Unlimited license now serves not only its original purpose, but also works as a temporary VIP license. The VIP license itself will now mainly differ in that it is lifetime.3 points

As promised - the OBT has begun, and Requiem Engine E&E is now available to all VIP users! Don’t forget to download the latest beta version of the Witch Launcher. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to drop by the forums or hit us up on Discord in the appropriate channels. And as a small apology for all the delays and reschedules, and also to celebrate the launch of the OBT (and the weekend, of course), our stores are offering discounts of up to 50%, depending on the platform and the seller. The sale will end on Monday at 9:00 PM (GMT+3). Also, later this weekend, you can expect the Requiem Engine GTAO REcovery Update for the Legacy version of the game. Big hugs to all of you! We don't need no water, let the motherfucker burn! (c) 🔥3 points

Tomorrow I'm planning to hand over the first preview build of Requiem Engine E&E to @Crohnus1965 for a quick pre-CBT test. Everyone who applied - keep an eye out for the announcement as well as a notification in the Witch Launcher when the build becomes available in the testing branch. If you haven’t joined the CBT yet, you can still submit your application on our Discord server. Worth mentioning - we’re keeping this phase short and focused, same as we did with Requiem Engine RDO. It won’t last long: we’ll address major points and polish things up and immediately move to OBT, which will then open up public access moving forward. And of course, I want to thank all of you for your patience 🥰3 points

The preview build has been sent off for greenlight - now we wait for approval 🤗 I didn’t manage to send it out yesterday like I originally planned. Had to wrestle with the login server a bit, plus deal with a few pre-release (build-related) quirks. But nothing out of the ordinary - pretty standard stuff for situations like this. Really looking forward to you getting access to the CBT 🥰 Stay tuned - the hardest part is already behind us!3 points

Good evening to everyone who's still awake on this chilly summer night! It's me again, your ever-present host – just some random dude who posts news here! 🥰 Finally, it's happened! 😎 After a mere few miserable years... Yes, we’ve finally got Requiem Engine RDO. So, let’s get straight to the point: The menu for RDO uses the latest version of Requiem Engine 2.4.0, while the RE GTAO project has just completed its engine update to version 2.3.0 and is preparing for an update with full BE bypass (as we mentioned earlier, this will happen after the New Year holidays). It uses the latest version of the Legacy UI (flexible, fully customizable, as well as the main and only one), which was planned (and is still planned) for a major RE GTAO menu update. That update was scrapped due to the release of the game's patch with BE. Small spoiler – in RE GTAO, the Legacy UI will also become the default and most likely the only one. Yes. Recovery will be available. Right away. It’ll be available during both - closed and open testing phases. Yes, the release will 100% happen before the Christmas holidays (straight under the tree from Santa Witch). No, the release can only be canceled or postponed if a BattlEye patch is released for Red Dead Online as well, lmao 🤣. Right now, we are working on integrating the network client into the project as well as making some UI tweaks requested by the developer responsible for the RE RDO branch. This will take me a few days, after which we’ll start closed testing with the team and send out selective invites to VIP users. Once the CBT is finished (I’m confident it won’t take long), all VIP users will gain access to the test branch and be able to participate in pre-release tests. Post-release, nothing will change in terms of access – the Requiem Engine RDO project will still be available to all VIP users, and POSSIBLY to Unlimited subscribers as well. But for now, this decision is still under review. I won’t drag out this post too much – we’ll share further details in a separate news post in the coming days. Stay in touch 😉3 points

Alright guys, this is the first test build for 1.72 Enhanced. If you find anything that I might have missed during the update, please don’t create multiple forum threads and don’t ping anyone in Discord. Instead, calmly gather all the information about what isn’t updated or what seems broken or not working, and post everything neatly in a single message in the test channel on Discord. That way it will be much easier to collect and process all the feedback at once. For now, I’m switching over to updating the Legacy version, but I’m not sure I’ll manage to finish it today. About an hour ago the power has left the chat, and after the recent massive strikes on infrastructure, blackouts have become very long. I also can’t stay on the generator indefinitely. Since more things are broken in Legacy than in Enhanced, it will take more time as well. So if I don’t make it today, I’ll finish the update tomorrow. Just a reminder that access to the test branch is available to all VIP users. Same as always: first we test, then we release. Let’s try not to drag this process out so Basic users don’t have to wait too long. Thanks everyone for your understanding! 🤗2 points

Nope, only in the E&E menu there is an option to save any custom (even spawned) vehicle as you own. Later I'll add such an option to the Legacy menu too. P.S. E&E CBT is going very well, so OBT is coming soon2 points

Witch Launcher v0.61 Beta A beta version of the launcher with proper, full-fledged multi-project support has been uploaded (https://w1tch.net/files/file/132-witch-launcher-beta-requiem-menu/) to the website. Beta build contains changes not present in the release version and is intended exclusively for testing or preview purposes. - Game selection is now available directly on the main window (via a drop down in the status panel). - Each game now has its own separate directory for DLLs and other data files. - Tighter server integration to minimize the need for code changes when Requiem Engine files are updated independently per game. - All libraries and dependencies have been updated to their latest versions. - UI has been optimized (the issue causing window lag during resizing has been localized and will be fixed asap). - Minor bugs have been fixed. A massive REcovery update is on the way! 😎 Tons of new features are coming — ranging from money options to restoring removed content, a heist editor, various in-game shop features and more. Additionally, several existing options have been reworked, improved, and fixed. The majority of features will be VIP-exclusive and available to Unlimited subscription holders, but some options will also be accessible to Basic users. Overall, the Unlimited subscription will soon become something like a temporary VIP license, and the VIP license itself will be reworked accordingly — including the previously discussed price increase, making this change a logical, practical, and convenient step. More details about the REcovery release (as well as the release itself) will be coming in the next few days — the build is already being prepped for delivery into the greedy hands of our dev-testers 😁 Stay tuned! P.S. A major Requiem Engine RDO update is also on the way 🤗 The sections are likely to be slightly renamed during testing, and a couple more are planned to be added, meaning this is still a tentative version.2 points

We’re excited to announce the start of the open beta test for Requiem Engine RDO! 😊 To participate, you’ll need to download the test version of the launcher from here. Once launched, if you have a VIP license, you’ll see an invitation message indicating that you can switch the game to RDO in the launcher settings. As soon as the game is switched, the launcher will prompt you to download the necessary menu files — and from there, I’m sure you know the process 😉 ⚠️ Important: You must inject the menu only in the main menu, not in a loaded story mode or online session! Leave your feedback on our Discord server — we’d love to hear your thoughts! Don’t go doin’ nothin’ I wouldn’t do… or maybe do 🤠2 points
