Unable to log In

I havent used disturbed for a while, and was recently trying to login again. Then i realize the website had changed a lot and i do not have email bound to my old account. 

I have the login username and passsword for my old account and was wondering is there a way to use my old account again. I had purchased VIP upgrade in my old account
