Stat Editor can be found in:

Recovery -> Stat Editor

For normal stats, use the Regular tab:
1. Enter the stat name
2. Press Read
3. Enter the value
4. Press Write

Example:
MPX_AWD_RACES_WON

MPX_ is handled automatically and will use your current character slot (MP0 or MP1).

If you only have a packed stat index, use the Packed tab instead:
1. Enter the index
2. Press Read
3. Enter the value
4. Press Write
