I'd like to clarify I'm on Enhanced version

First of all I'd like to know if not touching recovery at all and just doing Cayo heists alone with god mode is safe. I won't teleport or anything

Second question is if I can re-enable BE whenever I want to play legit with my friends

1. Even recovery is safe if you're not greedy. That said, all other options are generally safe to use.
2. Yes, you can re-enable BE afterward and continue playing as usual - your progress will remain intact.
