For now, without a ton of detailed info, the post includes:

1. An example script - extract the archive contents to "C:\ProgramData\Requiem Engine GTAO E&E\Data\"
2. Lua API documentation as an offline HTML file.

Right now it’s more of a rough draft - we’ll tweak/add/fix things as we go, based on feedback.

Antrix, it's possible that rare unlockables will be added, as there are several that Rockstar has given away in recent years, such as tattoos, clothing items, and accessories, which are no longer available. I know they're there in the game files, but what I'm referring to are those details that aren't visible, since I unlocked them a while ago on another account and they don't appear. Do you think it would be a lot of work?

Anything that still exists in the game and hasn’t actually been removed (for example, if some players still have it) can be unlocked with a 99% chance, because it’s still in the files - even if it’s no longer obtainable through any in-game method. You just have to dig into the scripts, some (packed) stats, and sometimes even older scripts to find the right mappings in case something was renamed, and so on.
