Launcher says that "Invite only" and "Solo" sessions are the only options in GTAV Legacy (it exactly mentions the Legacy version) without FSL. Does that mean GTAV E&E has BattleEye bypass or a workaround that makes public sessions available? This thread was re-created in this section because it actually belongs here.
