Floundogg Posted January 5 Posted January 5 (edited) I recently got permabanned due to my own misuse of recovery options (Probably but who knows what goes on at Rockstar) and have read about especially being careful with Chip Recoveries and staying minimum under 10 million if not less. I heard the nightclub route is safer but to still , I should be reasonable. That's all fine and dandy, completely understood. Are there any other features that I should worry about, like teleporting, god mode, GTA+ and RP, etc. that is concerning enough to pay attention to its use? I will try to restart a new fresh account and would appreciate tips to be a bit more safe with the menu this time. I want to use my time to grind heists and stuff but am just unsure if teleporting to complete missions contributed to my ban and if there are cases of bans for other usages of this menu with its features. Obviously the mod menu wouldn't put these things in if it were a regular cause for bans, but I want to be sure of any behaviors that will make me have to start again. Edited January 5 by Floundogg

The main rule, literally rule #1, that has always been important, has always worked, and always will: never add more money than you need right now. Never. Greed has always been the player’s biggest enemy. And yes, it’s always been like this - the only thing that changed is that about a year and a half ago R* started monitoring all this a bit more aggressively. There are no "safe" money methods and never have been. There was always risk. As for chips - you can actually add a lot, but do not withdraw more than 5-10M per real-life day, or even within 48 hours. Also, "Unlock GTA+" in theory might not be a very safe feature, and we’re actively testing it right now. I might temporarily remove it from the menu for now. Other than that, I don’t really have much else to add - the rest of the options have minimal or zero risk.
