Administrators Antrix Posted Monday at 08:11 AM Administrators Posted Monday at 08:11 AM You most likely used the wrong email, because we don’t delete accounts and we didn’t change anything during the database migration when we moved to the new site. All accounts going back to 2016 (first account creation date) are still active and still have all their licenses/emails/etc. So you either need to remember the actual email you registered with, or find your license key email - you can restore your account easily using the key.
