Old Account Recovery

Hello,

I previously had a Basic license associated with this email address, for which I have just created a new account.
However, I’m currently unable to access or recover that license.

Could you please help me regain access to the Basic license associated with this email?

You most likely used the wrong email, because we don’t delete accounts and we didn’t change anything during the database migration when we moved to the new site. All accounts going back to 2016 (first account creation date) are still active and still have all their licenses/emails/etc.

So you either need to remember the actual email you registered with, or find your license key email - you can restore your account easily using the key.
