Friends can't join private session

Hello,

i'm creating private session and invite only session then i invite my friend and they got an error message saying something like this :

Incompatible downloadable content. All players must have the latest compatibility pack installed.
You will now be moved to a new GTA Online session.

Anyone have an idea ? maybe i need FSL but idk how to activate it
