move your launcher Directory  from the onedrive to the C : drive 
And change  the exception also.

no clue how to get rid of one drive, i dont use it at all and i hate it haha. i might have to chuck it on my D:\ Drive

a lot of your issues are looking like permission issues. I am pretty sure it is because the Wlauncher is on the onedrive  Path.
I think this is because the files sync with the cloud and MS has some kind of read write restrictions on the folder. 

Just drag and drop that wlauncher folder to a drive base directory. Avoid any link that has the username in it.

ALSO,  FSL is dead so there is not point trying to use it.

Delete the file.  version was the old name and is no longer used.  which is why it was called WINMM.dll
Even though the name is WINMM.dll, it is dead. Delete it.
No other name is going to make it work.

hey i just brought a new pc to hopefully fix this, is there anyway i can get a free hwid reset please. i dont wanna wait 5 days 🤣

and i really hope that it will work on my new pc, i believe my i7-7700 was bottlenecking everything. now i got new pc with amd ryzen 5 3500 or smth and 32gb ram

either way now, my game crashes soon as i get into story mode, if i inject in loading screen its fine until it loads in, and if i load into story mode then inject when in game it just crashes

Then inject it in Story Mode - Legacy supports that. There are no “mystical” crashes like the ones you’re having, especially not alongside that nonsense about buying a new PC just for the menu, because you “can’t wait” some amount of time. Right now there are 120+ users online on Legacy, and it’s been just a little over an hour since release, and the number keeps growing. I’m not suspecting - I’m sure you did something wrong, or your whole system is messed up, maybe you’ve got 10 antiviruses running or something like that. There’s no magic where you’ve supposedly tried 5 new PCs and 25 laptops and the menu didn’t work anywhere. Testing ran for over a week and nobody had issues like this except you.
