Returning user a bit confused

So i couldn't migrate my old account from legacy to ee, so i downloaded the new launcher and its a bit confusing. My selection for gta ee is grayed out, so i can't choose it and from what ive seen in the discord theres just a whole bunch of steps throwing me off. I got the basic key as well if that helps. Anyone able to dumb it down for me
