The error message already explains the problem quite clearly, but here’s the more detailed description:

In your case the Launcher is installed in a folder that contains non-standard Unicode characters (such as Cyrillic, accented letters, or other special symbols, even Chinese etc.). The launcher doesn’t support these characters in the installation path, so it fails to start and shows this error.

To fix the issue, move the Witch Launcher to a directory that uses only standard ASCII characters.
For example: D:\Software\WLauncher

If you extracted it to the Desktop, the issue may come from your Windows username, since it can also contain non-ASCII characters. In that case, either move the launcher to a folder outside your user directory or create a new user profile with a simpler name.
