Launcher Does Not Detect GTA V Enhanced

Due to R* and their buggy launcher, I can no longer play GTA V Legacy. I read that this launcher will work for Enhanced for VIP users (which I am) so I tried to use it for Enhanced. However, when I start the game with the launcher open, the launcher does not detect the game as running, with no option to inject. I downloaded the most recent version of the launcher to be sure it was updated, but it appears Enhanced either is not supported or there is some setting that I need to change to get it to see the game. No logs have been generated, so I'm not sure what is going on. Any help will be appreciated.
