Are perma keys still available?

Hey,
I am currently recommending this menu for a friend and after taking a look at one of the seller's page, in the description of a recovery version it was written that the key was for a month. Other version such as the basic or vip didn't have those infos so I'd like to know if those keys are perma or just for a month?

At the moment only the Unlimited recovery version is on a subscription model, while Basic and VIP are lifetime.
