is it safe to use recovery now?

3.Or is it ok to use anything as i use FSL ?
4.Other options are safe ? increase level ? achievements ?
5.What is better to spin money through, casino or nightclub?

1. Do not add a lot of money. Do not exchange more than 10kk chips per 24 real hours.
2. FSL is a local save system, you don't even need a recovery, use the cheat console instead.
3. All of them are safe if you do not ruin whole lobby.
4. Try to get some money for Night Club.

I have never used these functions, but I know that casino chips are very likely to increase the ban rate. And the fact that the game is kicking you - FSL is a LOCAL ONLINE game. Try to invite your friends to the "Invite only" session

I used both club money and casino chips on the same account, and even despite the limits I observed 10kk per day, still got a ban, but there is a big BUT, I did it on the second created character, before that I played on the first character with 500lvl and everything was fine, after the transition and the use of chips and club - ban for a month.

As I said earlier *invite-only session* doesn't work - checked, was the host.

When using these functions, you will be notified that you use them at your own risk. Cheating the level and money are the most dangerous. And to play with your friends, try deleting the FSL file and inviting them to your session, but then your save will roll back to what was on the Cockstar servers

It's too fast to get a ban in less than 24 hours. Recovery isn't a culprit in this case.
