Leaves online after 5 ish minutes with FSL

Whenever I play online with my friends if im using the menu randomly after about 5-10 minutes it will give me an alert and everyone in my game will say they left.

Sometimes you can get kicked out of a session if the host is not a modder.

I can't stay in a lobby for more than 5min at all. Nearly unplayable online...
