Heist issues

I'm kind of confused, haven't had many problems with the menu but when me and my friend (also using requiem) try to do a heist one of us bugs out and doesn't get an objective; or one of us will get an objective that we can't complete. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've tried turning everything off and using no lua scripts. This has happened on the Casino and Salvage Yard heist.

I  also have the same issue, I am unable to find the original thread but I can provide logs if needed.
