I need help with the recovery option, because I can't use, it says that only unlimited users can use it, but i'm a unlimited users so, what I need to do to use the recovery?

Hi, I can't see any Unlimited license active on your account, maybe you've misunderstood the different licenses. As a VIP user you will have access to Recovery once the testing phase is complete.

Unlimited license was made to remove all the daily limits on recovery features, at this stage of testing it is the most suitable group to use and abuse those features
