WLauncher.exe - Must Install .Net Core Problem

So worked a few days ago, and now it Isn't letting me run.
WLauncher.exe

I deleted and reinstalled the VC_Redist and the Dotnets I tried both versions and restarted my PC a few times, but nothing even Installed all the old game drivers to see If that worked.

Please send help

It seems to me that your system recognizes zip archive files as a program. Try to unzip the archive through the additional menu by right-clicking on Wlauncher.zip
