Work on version 2.1.0 is ongoing and we have reached the point where we can make some changes to the translation module. Since there are some inconveniences with the current locales system, in particular when the original translation uses a word or phrase that originally can be freely used in all contexts, but creates inaccuracies after translation... which option do you think is preferable?

1. Current locales system.
2. With localization hashes, when absolutely every menu item and option has its own localization hash, and therefore its own unique translation, even if there is more than one element with the same text.
