Can t download the last D2 update

Hi, honestly i don't understand what happened with the laucher... i DL every update ( netCore, windows dekstop etc) but when i try to download the last D2 update, this pops up:

   at ..( )
   at ...ctor(String , String )
   at ..(String , String )
   at ..(String , String , )

what am i supposed to do?
