Bought a long time ago, only have username, password, and license key

I bought this awhile back and I'm trying to recover it, but it seems my e-mail wasn't linked to my account, or maybe it was linked to the wrong e-mail. The username is "S1imer". I do have proof of my purchase of both the basic key and the VIP upgrade key. I also curiously have an e-mail change request in my inbox from January of 2020, but I don't remember doing so.
