Can't login to the launcher

Haven't been on the menu in a while but I see a lot has changed. I made a new password for my account and I've downloaded the new launcher correctly. I've tried using my email instead of username to login too; but that doesn't seem to work either. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. (edit - I'm good now I just reset my pw again after waiting a little)
