Risk of withdrawing from bank

Hi, I recently got back into GTA and I want to do a legit lvl 1-100 character so ideally withdrawing all money ($2 billion) to my main character. The thing is, I remember few years back it was a big no-no to do bank transactions with massive amounts of money as that would get you almost certainly banned, so I want to ask if that still works the same? It was 4 years back when I modded the money in through nightclub recovery, if that makes any difference.

It’s still not recommended to withdraw all money.
