Unable to inject Requiem with variety of errors

Good afternoon, since yesterday, WLauncher has been quite inconsistent with its ability to inject into GTA. 
Attached you may find different attempts to launch WLauncher.
This is fresh re-install of WLauncher, including deleting existing Requiem ProgramData before re-installing.
All included running WLauncher in Admin, no VPN enabled. Antivirus exception created.

On some rare occasions, it'll allow me to download, but very inconsistent. Yesterday, was able to inject once or twice over twenty attempts, but today no luck.

Checking Discord, the Requiem status is "Green", so I'm wondering whether server is under maintenance or this is an issue on my end? Any advice if the latter?

Try to use a VPN while logging in, see if you can manage to inject it.
