Malformed Response when linking Discord

Using: Chrome/Firefox/Brave/Opera, two different discord accounts.

Result:

I just checked, the link is working. Press the "Link" button, and it should redirect you to our Discord channel. Perhaps your browser has a restriction on accessing third-party sites.

My username is ___.__._which has caused many issues with other Discord bots (probably because of malformed markdown or whatever). I tried on several browsers and I still fail to link.

Just to be clear, the Link button works, the image above is the response.
