¿Alguien sabe si los autos los dejo, cómo puedo darle permiso a mi amigo para que se los quede?

You cannot, or atleast not directly, gifting vehicles is considered risky hence why there's no option for it. There's a Lua script that has such option but we cannot ensure the safety of it.

On the other hand, you could log into their account, spawn the desired vehicle, go to LSC (I've heard that going through noclip works), put a tracker+insurance on it and then store it in a garage.
