Requiem is not made for the story mode. You could use a scripthook V menu since they still work for singleplayer

Thank you for reminding me of this; I will try to add this option tomorrow. Recently, there has been a lot of work on RE, and I think it is quite noticeable even to the naked eye, and some small details like such SP money options just slip my mind.
